Project Implementation

In its implementation of projects, Adventure Solutions will follow a proven project development process perfected over many years designing and building similar systems around the world. This process includes:

Planning

Our initial planning session begins with our first meeting to document the goals and budget. We then schedule a site visit to walk the property and assess the physical layout and conditions. From this visit, we are able to develop a course layout and proposal for the overall project and begin the development of schematics, design, and construction documents. After the client reviews and accepts the proposed plan, we will officially begin the project.

Scheduling

Scheduling the project within an expected timeline is extremely important. We do this by using project planning software to map staffing resources with estimated milestone and completion dates. This ensures that Adventure Solutions’ core building teams are available for the project each step of the way. Our expert teams are scheduled months in advance to manage the entire installation, resulting in quality construction and a great customer experience.

Installation

We ensure uncompromised safety, design, and engineering with all of our installations, and further protect your investment with a $2 million general liability insurance policy. Adventure Solutions conforms to industry standards and offers certified engineering certificates for any project. Moreover, redundancy of safety components is factored into every project we design and build. But we do not stop there—Since Adventure Solutions is concerned with our impact on the environment, each of our installations is designed to minimize its effect on the immediate ecological system. The result will be Obstacles that incorporate the natural environment, without being intrusive or harmful to the plants and animals that live there.

Communication

From Day 1 of the onsite installation, Adventure Solutions project managers will actively keep the Executive Council updated with the status of the project. On a weekly basis, our project managers meet with the client team and other stakeholders to ensure that milestones are being met and team members are well-informed and connected. We also use ProjectManager.com, an online project management tool that simplifies project planning, tracking, and reporting. Using this application, our builders update their project timeline online every day, which is then broadcast to the entire team through the web portal.

Follow-Through

After installation, Adventure Solutions will continue to partner with the client to ensure the project’s long-lasting success. In addition to staff training, we can assist with marketing strategies and guidelines for profitability. Our experts can also return to the site each year to conduct annual safety inspections of the equipment and installation. Finally, we offer a complete line of equipment and accessories, including automatic braking systems, harnesses, helmets, pulleys, and more!
